Program Phases

The 24-month program is comprised of two 12 moths rotations that span business lines, sites, and functions throughout the organization. The program will provide new graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on technical experience, soft-skill development, and networking opportunities across two different US locations preparing them for a successful career path at Evonik .

Rotation 1

After comprehensive onboarding, your first assignment will build on the training you received and allow you to have immediate application of the concepts you learned. You will dive into a business-critical role while continuing with your personal development curriculum.

Rotation 2

Take on a new challenge in a different team or function and prepare for your post-program position.

The rotational program is about expanding your horizons – personally and professionally. Right out of college it is the best kind of adventure to begin a career!

Program Tracks

This program offers two tracks for participants to consider:

Operations Management

In the Operations Management Track, you will master the essentials of daily operations in manufacturing - boosting efficiency, developing leadership skills and a strong network. We combine technical know-how with managerial expertise, preparing you to lead in the dynamic world of manufacturing.

Applied Science and Technology

Dive into the dynamic world of applied science and technology, collaborating with scientists and technicians to innovate processes that turn raw materials into cutting-edge products. Your analytical abilities will be key as you optimize formulations and solve challenges, ensuring safety and efficiency. In a marketing or sales role, you will bring innovative ideas to our customers. You will translate complex scientific ideas into compelling applications.
