Trainee Program in Procurement

Would you like to immerse yourself in the world of procurement at a multinational corporation? If so, we invite you to explore our Procurement Trainee Program.

During this 18-month program, you will learn about the work processes of an international corporation and rotate between different workstations. You will also receive mentorship from experienced procurement managers.

You will develop your skills through your own projects, seminars, and training on topics such as project management, presentation skills, and intercultural communication. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other Evonik trainees on social and sustainability projects. The program also includes a three-month stay abroad.

Requirements

A Master's degree in economics, natural sciences, or engineering with an affinity for procurement and supply chains, as well as above-average academic results. Must have good to very good knowledge of German and English.

Development Opportunities

Upon successful completion of the procurement trainee program, permanent employment with Evonik is guaranteed. Possible roles include Sourcing Manager and Procurement Processes Manager.
