You will gain hands-on experience working with national and international teams of experts and project teams in various practice areas, which will enable you to understand the working methods and processes of our legal department in a global corporation.
Throughout the program, experienced colleagues from our legal organization will support you, and a manager will serve as your mentor at our locations in Germany (e.g., Essen, Hanau, Marl, and Berlin) and internationally (e.g., Piscataway, São Paulo, Shanghai, Singapore, and Dubai). What we offer:

Alongside other Evonik trainees from various departments, you will have the chance to enhance your professional and methodological skills through seminars and training courses, including project management and presentation training. You will also have the chance to work on joint projects related to social or sustainable topics.
