As a trainee, you will typically rotate through different areas of communication every six months, such as external and internal communication and market communication. We offer flexibility, further training opportunities, mentoring and experience abroad.
As a trainee, you will develop your technical and methodological skills on the job while taking part in specific training courses and events. These courses are taken with other Evonik Group trainees, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and expand your network from your first day. We will design your program individually to promote your personal and professional development. As part of the group network, you will learn from the best and receive mentorship from a senior manager. The trainee program also includes a three-month stay abroad.
