Over the course of 18 months, you will gain insight into Evonik Industries AG's global financial world and familiarize yourself with the work processes of an international company by working at various locations. We offer flexibility, further training opportunities, mentoring and international experience.
From your first day on the job, you will have the opportunity to expand your network and lay the foundation for your career in controlling and finance. You will also develop your professional and methodological skills through seminars and training on and off the job, such as project management and presentation training. You will also have the chance to work on a project related to social or sustainability issues. You will carry out these activities together with other Evonik trainees. The program also includes an international assignment.
