RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop the Brazilian sales team
- Define goals and main objectives for the year.
- Strong Focus in SYS portfolio
- Develop commercial strategies following BL strategies to contribute to achieving the corporate goals. (Revenue, contribution margin, EBIT, ROCE, cash flow and market share)
- Management, support and development of global and regional customers ensuring compliance with the global strategy
- Implement the global strategy in the region ( focus on systems solutions portfolio, natural ingredients, sustainability, Biosurfactants,new technologies, etc...)
- Get customers' strategy information and prepare a business plan to the most important customers, identifying synergies
- Incresae the customer intimacy in order to strengthen the relationship.
- Participate and provide information from the region in key account alignment meetings regarding the global customers
- Look for Co-Creation projects with our main local customers
- Prepare commercial proposals (bidding) for the global accounts with previous alignment with the global account managers
- Have a regional pricing alignment for the global customers(Argentina, Colombia and Mexico)
- Have a very close variable costs monitoring to react quicky and prepare new price quotations to kep our profitability in a good level.
- Identify customer needs to propose improvements, new solutions, opportunities and innovations
- Manage and keep the pipeline projects updated on a monthly basis
- Make the sales forecast on a monthly basis
- Have regular customer meetings with the team to discuss commercial aspects and also technical opportunities.
- Participate in regional events and fairs
- Prepare the annual sales forecast and make the adjustments when necessary.
- Propose actions that ensure compliance with the agreed objectives for the region, regarding revenue, contribution margin, EBIT, ROCE and market share
- Work closely with the technical and marketing areas to support the customer needs
- Bring information from the market ( customers and competitors) Market Intelligence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation : Chemical Engineer; Chemistry, Farmacist
- Solid experience in the sales area, with a focus on the Personal Care market
- Expertise in the Personal Care Market
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Languages: English and Spanish ( mandatory)
