The Changeover Team Manager will lead a team that directly supports changeovers. The team is responsible for writing instructions for cleandowns and set ups, performing cleaning risk assessments, providing direct support for process changeovers. The Changeover Team Manager works collaboratively with multiple functions across the site (e.g. process engineering, QA, ESHS, production, etc.) to align, solve problems, and support manufacturing. The Changeover Team Manager will also have a technical role in driving continuous improvement on cleaning processes to increase efficiency by incorporating new technology, reducing solvent usage, reducing waste, streamlining business processes, and minimizing cleaning times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership for changeover team direction and implementation of site cleaning improvements

  • Manage and support employees on the changeover team

  • Provide technical support and focus for process/project changeovers

  • Maintain and improve MPR development and related business processes/activities​

  • Meet fundamental cGMP requirements

  • Adhere to ESHS programs, rules and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Experience in general supervision

  • Negotiates without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on how to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests

  • Independently supports business processes with comprehensive understanding and effective use of standard office equipment and standard software packages, while also providing guidance and training to others

  • Knowledge and/or experience with GMP's

  • Must be computer literate and have experience in MS Word, Excel, SAP (preferred)

  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communicaton skills

  • Experience with cleaning and cleaning validation, responsible for written policies
