RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clearly understand and follow global & regional business strategy, execute business plan.

  • Manage SA business strategy in Great China.

  • Coordinate PG-SA with regional marketing and HQ on market intelligence, like value chain, competition landscape, supply demand etc. collection, analysis and join in the regional strategy workshop

  • Maintain regular business closely and efficiently; ambitiously drive new business development

  • Professionally and proactively manage projects pipelines.

  • Be responsible for key accounts management, CC@AC, project development, price negotiation, supply security etc.

  • Be responsible for biz report, sales review and quarterly update with HQ

  • Coordinate Technical Service based on customer needs

  • Execution of seminars, shows, conference, activities, sales tool

  • Promote new products

  • Be responsible to feed and implement mid-term planning in system

  • Forecast responsibility

  • Overdue management

  • Report on technical market trends

 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical or relevant

    • 3-5 years working experience in Sales or Marketing, Special Acrylic/packaging experience is a plus

    • Familiar with polymer & chemical

    • Good understanding of Adhesive resins and chemistry, the market trends and how to translate these trends to new sales opportunities

    • Ambition to drive business to meet or exceed expectation; 

    • Results oriented thinking and behavior; strict execution on business strategy; highly focused and commitment on business target; agile business sense; fast response.  

    • Customer focus; market-oriented business mindset. 

    • Willing to learn about new things (new product, new application, new business model and so on) and willing to change.

    • Thinking out of the box 

    • Good communication skills 

    • Open personality

    • High level of initiative and commitment, self-motivated

    • Good learning capability to understanding customer applications and translate into performance requirements of existing products or new product formulations

    • Innovative thinking to define new business opportunities

    • Willing to travel intensively (~50%)

    • Fluent English speaking and writing
