Our IT Trainee Program provides a comprehensive insight into the IT department of an international company over the course of 18 months. You will work across multiple locations and actively participate in exciting IT projects and processes.
Our program offers flexibility, further training opportunities, mentoring and international experience.
From day one, you will be supported by experienced IT colleagues from our community of approximately one thousand IT professionals worldwide. Selected managers will also mentor you, and you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills through on-the-job training, workshops, and seminars. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a project focusing on social and sustainability issues.
The IT trainee program includes a three-month project assignment abroad. This assignment is an important part of the program and offers an entry into an IT management career within the Evonik Group. Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to work in various IT roles at Evonik, such as IT product manager, IT solution architect, or IT project manager.
