RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for strategic and tactical sales and operations planning of the production and supply network in the region/county.
• Responsible for supply chain cost and optimized inventory management meeting the BL/region specific requirements on delivery performance and service levels.
• Cross functional collaboration with key BL functions, controlling and central raw material and logistics procurement. Act as regional point person for all supply chain and customer service topics in the BL.
• Leading supply chain optimization projects and safety projects in alignment with the global supply chain strategy of the BL.
• Change & Enablement: Drive training, change, and adoption initiatives for new processes and planning tools, fostering a performance and continuous improvement oriented mindset across teams.  
• Leading improvements to the processes which result in operational efficiency and KPI improvement.    

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain or production planning, digital planning initiatives, or business process optimization in a cross functional environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Solid understanding of Forecast to Produce and Order to Cash processes
• Strong expertise in SAP
• Strong communication and data analytical skills
