RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Procurement Support:

  • Create purchase orders, contracts and follow-up
  • Follow up on invoice payment and overdue status
  • Manage Request for Quotation (RfQ) for selected categories and demands
  • Handle and coordinate complaints and follow up
  • Maintain data and documentation in digital tools (SAP, Ariba)
  • Support other category specific procurement requirements (e.g. license, certificates, etc.)
  • Support project to create or optimize existing procurement processes and drive efficiency

Regional Tender Support:

  • Prepare Service Description and data
  • External Requirements and Communication
  • File tender results and maintain in digital tools (SAP, Ariba)
  • Upload and archive supporting documents

Market Intelligence Support:

  • Ensure timely and transparent internal and external communication regarding various tender execution topics, including tender information clarification, demurrage and detention, contract number validation, booking process, surcharges.
  • Collect and analyze market price and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Manage Request for Quotation (RfQ) for price indicators, regular and spot requests
  • Coordinate contract-based orders, spot orders and urgent orders


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferred background or experience in customer service or supply chain in chemical or manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Transportation module preferred
  • Strong capability with a high-volume, processing role and attention to details
  • Self-motivated contributor with the ability to work independently through managed objectives
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills required
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite required, particularly Excel and Power BI
  • Fluency in English
