RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure to fulfill all troubleshooting and optimization related to production process and give necessary support to production team and project.

• Support Expatriate Process in all matters of process optimization, troubleshooting, data monitoring, etc.

• Performing experiments and process calculations under the guidance of Expatriate Process, collect plant and lab data for evaluation and statistics.

• Review and update plant documentation drawings regularly.

• Coordinate and optimization of process parameters, operation procedures and batch programs based on current equipment, process and analysis result of lab to ensure stable product quality and capacity with Production and Lab.

• Coordinate and support to select equipment and instrument types with other disciplines and AOPE

• Support carrying out or organizing the acceptance tests of equipment’s, construction and installation.

• Prepare for project reviews and project quality assurance documents

• Support Start-up of plant/project

• Follow the company regulation IP-Protection and code of conduct.

• Fulfill and assist in various projects or functions as the immediate supervisor or top management leaders needed.

• Support Process Expert and maintenance for trouble shooting and root cause analyzed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (chemical engineering) and above.

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in chemical plants

• Strong in process and mechanical engineering background.

• Good communication skills with fluent/good oral & written English and Bahasa

• Familiar with plant operation and execution of projects.

• Knowledge of drawing software, e.g. AUTOCAD.
