出勤要求：每周可实习4-5天

岗位职责：
• 战略研究与分析： 开展市场、行业及竞品研究，为公司中长期战略规划及新业务机会提供支持。
• 数据与商业分析： 收集并分析内部业务数据及外部标杆数据，输出有商业价值的战略洞察。
• 项目与管理层支持： 协助制作战略汇报材料、Workshop资料及报告。
• 跨部门协同： 配合各业务部门跟踪重点战略项目的落地进展，确保战略方向一致。

任职要求：
• 本科或硕士在读，化学/化工、经济学等相关专业优先。
• 具备极强的逻辑思维、结构化思考与问题解决能力，对数据敏感。
• 熟练掌握 PPT 和 Excel；掌握数据可视化工具者优先。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在多学科团队中有效工作。
• 具备较强的时间管理能力，能够有效安排实验和项目进度。
