Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to site leadership, employees, and business teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Coordinate business travel, accommodations, transportation, meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Support employee and contractor onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, including system access, badges, equipment, supplies, and general site orientation.
- Manage office communications, mail, packages, correspondence, records, files, invoices, and other administrative documentation.
- Coordinate purchasing and procurement of office supplies and services using company purchasing and expense-management systems.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, letters, charts, and other business documents using standard office software.
- Maintain accurate information in company systems while supporting continuous improvement, employee engagement, and other administrative projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, office support, or executive support experience, preferably within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with business systems such as SAP, Ariba, Concur, Workday, or similar ERP, purchasing, and expense-management platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, interact professionally with employees and leadership, and collaborate effectively across departments and locations.
