岗位职责：

• 负责完成理化实验室的日常运营和维护，包括设备维护、样品制备、实验记录和报告、实验数据分析等；
• 负责维护实验室的设施和设备，协助实验室进行仪器设备升级和更新；
• 遵守实验室的安全规定，确保实验室的实验安全和质量；
• 协助实验室与其他机构进行合作和交流，维护良好的合作关系。

 
岗位要求：

• 大专及以上学历，化学相关专业，英文基础读写流利；
• 1-2年以上相关实验室工作经验，有一定的实验技能和经验；
• 熟悉实验室的日常操作流程，具备一定的实验室安全意识和责任感；
• 能够阅读和理解实验报告和数据分析，掌握基本的统计学知识；
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具有较强的责任心和职业道德，能够保证实验数据的质量和可靠性。
