The HR trainee program provides an in-depth learning experience in the HR department of a leading global specialty chemicals company.
Have you just completed your studies or are you about to graduate? Would you like to contribute your knowledge and creative ideas to our company without being tied to a specific job. Over 18 months and six 3-month rotations, you will gain comprehensive insight into the HR function of an international company, learning about operational and strategic HR management at various locations in Germany and abroad.

During your time as a trainee, experienced HR colleagues will support you. You will also develop your professional and methodological skills in seminars and training sessions on topics such as project management and presentations. You will also have the opportunity to work on a project related to social and sustainability issues. You will carry out these activities with other Evonik trainees, which will give you the chance to exchange ideas.
From your first day on the job, you will have the chance to expand your network and lay the groundwork for your HR career! You will also have the chance to deepen your international skills during an international assignment.
