During our 18-month trainee program, you will rotate through various functions and activities related to sustainability at Evonik. This includes working in the functional area of Group Sustainability and participating in sustainability projects in other Evonik units, such as our Chemicals divisions, Lifecycle Management, ESHQ, Supply Chain Management and Procurement. You will also have the opportunity to work on a project related to social and sustainability issues. These activities are carried out in cooperation with other Evonik trainees.
