Shape the future of wood coatings – with expertise and a passion for innovation!

We are looking for a dedicated individual to further develop our global Wood Coatings portfolio and provide strategic momentum. Become part of a dynamic team and drive innovations that inspire our customers.

Responsibilities

• Technical customer support in the field of wood coatings across Europe: Close collaboration on all relevant topics
• Continuous development of the product and competency portfolio for wood coatings: Always staying at the forefront of new technologies and market trends
• Identifying and realizing customer opportunities: From acquisition to successful implementation
• Building strategic networks: Maintaining key business relationships and representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry associations
• Strategy discussions and action plans: Reviewing market needs and deriving priorities
• Innovation management: Designing and implementing a broad innovation portfolio for Wood Coatings, including project leadership

Requirements

• Professional qualification: Degree in chemistry, coatings/material technology, wood technology, or comparable technical training
• Expertise: Several years of experience in Wood Coatings, including development, customer support, and innovation management
• Project management skills: Proven experience in managing complex projects
• IT skills: Confident use of relevant software tools such as the MS Office package
• Language skills: Very good command of German and English
• Global mindset: Enjoy working in an international and intercultural environment with customers and expert networks
• Personal strengths: Customer orientation, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, as well as teamwork and a sense of responsibility
