Our polyacrylic acid, DEGAPAS®, is an excellent dispersion agent and scale inhibitor. Due to its anionic nature and polymer structure, it can interrupt inorganic crystal growth. It prevents the formation of scalants based on calcium salts, magnesium salts, iron salts, and manganese salts. By inhibiting scale formation and deposits, it improves the function and efficiency of water bearing systems, heat exchangers, and boiler systems.
