Starting off with circularity in mind
Evonik supports the creation of products designed for circularity from the very beginning. Many of our specialty products facilitate efficient recycling while ensuring long-lasting quality. Our product portfolio increasingly incorporates circular raw materials, with many of our production facilities certified under the ISCC PLUS standard for mass balancing. This enables our customers and partners to access demonstrably more eco-friendly materials without altering their production processes.
For products that cannot be collected, such as those ending up in wastewater, we ensure they are biodegradable, supporting the biological cycle. Additionally, our hydrogen peroxide processing solution decomposes into harmless water and oxygen, leaving no waste behind, making it ideal for disinfection purposes.
