Our production facilities in Americana (SP) supply raw materials for the cosmetics and home care industries, as well as precipitated silica, including high dispersion silica (HDS), reinforcing our global leadership in these markets.

The site also houses a 240-sqm Sample Fractionation Station, opened in 2022, with a capacity of 8,100 sample vials.

In the same area, we also operate the Evonik Applied Technology Center (ATC), which brings together laboratories and pilot plants designed to support the development of modern, innovative and essential solutions for a more sustainable future.

With state-of-the-art equipment, cutting-edge infrastructure, and highly skilled technical teams, the ATC provides comprehensive and agile support for various market demands. Its services include formulation development, improvement, and reproduction, performance testing, physicochemical analysis, customized projects, simulation of industrial-scale production processes, technical reports, among others.
