The product portfolio comprises highly pure AEROXIDE® fumed alumina and ready-to-use AERODSIP® dispersions with tailored properties for various industries.
Our predecessor company Degussa initially developed and continuously optimized the production process for highly pure metal oxides via high-temperature flame hydrolysis. Today, we offer a broad range of AEROXIDE® branded fumed aluminum oxides with different primary particle size distribution, structure, and specific surface areas, as well as hydrophilic and hydrophobic types.
AEROXIDE® aluminum oxides are used as pure raw materials, auxiliary materials, or additives in demanding technical applications – from lithium-ion batteries and catalysts to 3 D printing, paper, coating, high-temperature insulation ceramics, adhesives & sealants, and many more.
