Cornelia holds a diploma in Biochemistry and has over 12 years of experience in cosmetic innovation across CMOs, brands, and raw material suppliers. For the past five years, she has specialized in ceramides and leads the Applied Innovation for Biomimetic Actives at Evonik, developing nature inspired, cutting edge solutions for the cosmetic industry.
Dr. Nadine Truchan
Technical Manager
Nadine earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich in 2019. As a Technical Manager in Evonik’s Application Technology Hair Care & Cleansing Team, she focuses on biopolymers and biosurfactants, driving innovation toward more sustainable and high performing cosmetic solutions.

Technical Manager Applied Research Skin Care
Sven Klare leads an Applied Research team at Evonik Cosmetic Solutions Segment Skin Care. He and his team develop sensory additives including film formers such as TEGO® FILMSTAR One MB, sensory particles (TEGO® Feel) and texturizers (viscolid®). Before joining Evonik, he earned his PhD in chemistry from Bonn University.
