DABCO®

DABCO® amine catalysts optimize polyurethane foam formation by balancing gel, blow, and curing reactions. Offering traditional, low‑emission, and specialized trimerization grades, DABCO® improves foam quality, reduces defects, and enables tailored reactivity for flexible, rigid, and high‑performance PU applications - including automotive, insulation, and CASE systems.

GORAPUR®

GORAPUR® release agents provide highly efficient, tailor‑made solutions for polyurethane molding. Their excellent release properties require only very thin films, minimizing mold build‑up and reducing production costs. Used across industrial and automotive foam applications, GORAPUR® enhances surface quality, supports low‑emission processing, and improves manufacturing efficiency.

TEGOSTAB®

TEGOSTAB® silicone and organic surfactants stabilize polyurethane foam formation across rigid, flexible slabstock, molded, spray, and high‑density systems. They regulate cell structure, improve emulsification, enhance foam quality, and support low‑VOC performance - helping achieve consistent processing, targeted cell morphology, insulation efficiency, and mechanical properties in PU and PIR foams.
